Kindra sends a number of segmented emails each week. Their emails are meant to create messages for certain customer segments that are most relevant to them and to educate and encourage them to try products. While being on brand but not seeming overly promotional, a series of email campaigns was created to inform the customer and encourage them to take actions on a purchase.
